Many other perfumes claim they replicated the Holy perfume by using a ton of rose. Khalouq doesn't do that. It is perfectly balanced and earthy, but also elevating and ethereal.
It is almost as if the soul's deepest part is a glove and Khalouq fits perfectly in it. It is truly a composition fitting a king.
Khalouq transitions wonderfully on skin. The materials all sing in harmony to form a series of accords that evolve to perfection. The signature musk base that links the ASO line-up is always so well done.
Got my hands on Khalouq and couldn't wait to try it out. Well-balanced, immensely pleasing.
