100% authentic oudh from the best natural ingredients
With every single ingredient prepared in the precise Al Shareef methodology, each component is elevated to a complex state of sophistication with multiple dimensions to provide the ultimate olfactory indulgence.
From the Arabic root denoting illumination and rise, ISHRAAQ returns refined, deepened, and elevated into a new realm of sensual mastery. This is not merely a reformulation, but a rebirth. Where the original captured the untamed wilderness in all its raw majesty, the new ISHRAAQ tempers that wildness into a silken, intimate expression less smoke, more resin; less fire, more glow.
The soul of ISHRAAQ remains anchored in the timeless traditions of the great perfumers of the Islamic Golden Age those artisans who served in the courts of Sultans and Amirs, where excellence was pursued without limit, and scent was elevated to an art form of devotion. Yet here, that legacy is reinterpreted with precision and restraint, allowing each element to breathe, to unfold, and to seduce.
This iteration of ISHRAAQ is built upon a triadic mastery: musk and oudh expressed in three distinct forms maceration, distillation, and tincture. Each method unveils a different dimension of these noble materials. The macerated elements lend depth and body, a slow, enveloping richness that clings to the skin. The distilled facets rise with clarity and projection, refined and articulate. The tinctures patiently aged offer a soft, haunting intimacy, like a memory that lingers just beyond reach. Together, they form a seamless continuum of scent that evolves with grace and authority.
The opening is no longer dominated by incense, but instead glows with a refined warmth spiced gently infused with cardamom and softened florals. Rose and ylang ylang emerge not as ornaments, but as living breaths within the composition supple, luminous, and quietly seductive.
As ISHRAAQ unfolds, the heart reveals its true character: a sensual orchestration of musk in its layered forms, intertwined with golden ambergris and the sacred resins of lubaan and myrrh. The composition no longer announces itself it draws you inward. There is an intimacy here, a closeness that transforms the fragrance into a second skin.
The base is where ISHRAAQ leaves its signature. A masterful interplay of oudh Hindi, Indonesian, and beyond each expressed through distillation, maceration, and tincture. The result is not overpowering, but profoundly sophisticated. The woods are smoother, more rounded; the leather more refined; the resins gently glowing beneath the surface. Vetiver and cedar provide structure, but never interrupt the softness that defines this creation.
This is ISHRAAQ matured confident, composed, and deeply evocative. It does not seek attention; it commands it quietly. A fragrance that does not rise in a blaze, but in a slow, golden ascension.
ISHRAAQ is no longer the wild storm it is the warmth that remains on the skin long after.

OUDH FACTS
When used in a perfume composition, Oud is most often a base note, which tends to remain on the skin long after the others dissipate. Since they form the perfume’s foundation, base notes are very rich, heavy and long-lasting (up to six hours and more). They serve to enhance the scent of other ingredients; and, in some cases, they impart a fragrance all their own. While most wood notes are known for their earthy qualities, Oud provides a pleasant sweet scent and is often featured in a synthetic version because it is so costly to harvest.
