Below is the Al Shareef Oudh refund and returns policy for all purchases made online via our website, paypal or any other related platforms that we may utilise for the promotion and sales of our products and services.

Overview

At Al Shareef Oudh we believe Oudh and fragrances are a very private and personal matter. We take great care in providing our customers with the highest quality products. We also endeavour to provide a detailed summary of our products on our website to give the customer understanding of the product contents. We also offer customers the option of purchasing a sample first to try out our products. Based on the nature of our products we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item or damaged item that was not caused due to transit and require it to be replaced, send us an email at customercare@alshareefoudh.com and we will request you to send us proof and the item prior to us providing a replacement.
